2018: The Vision Takes Shape
Under the direction of Chef Ryan Hardy, the historic space was meticulously reimagined. The goal was to preserve the soul of the studio while creating a world-class fine dining destination and innovative test kitchen.
A Dual Purpose
We opened not just as a restaurant, but as a culinary laboratory. The test kitchen concept allowed Chef Hardy and his team to experiment and refine dishes, bringing a constantly evolving, innovative menu to our guests in the main dining room.

For years, we served as a unique gathering place for upscale diners and food enthusiasts, offering an unforgettable blend of historic ambiance, culinary excellence, and modern hospitality until our final service in January 2026.
